HOW WE WORK

INQUIRY
The first step is to check your event date availability and if Tofinity Decor is the right fit for you. Please complete the INQUIRY FORM to get the process started. Once we receive your inquiry and confirm that your date is available, we will send you an email with an event-specific questionnaire. Upon submission & review of your event questionnaire, we will proceed with the initial consultation.

PROPOSAL
Once we are able to gather enough information about your vision for the event, we will send you a design proposal. Your proposal will include the scripted visual of the experience we plan to deliver, the quote, as well as a contract. Once you approve the proposal by signing the contract, a non-refundable 25% retainer is required to complete the booking process.

DESIGN
So you're officially booked with Tofinity Decor! Now What? The next phase spans from design consultation to d-day execution. Don't worry, we keep you in the loop throughout the process to ensure the ongoing design and planning meets your expectations.
