Cancellation Policy
1. General Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability of all services and products, deposits are non-refundable. You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:
More than 60 days prior: no cancellation fee
60 days or less prior: 50% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest of the receipt of items or performance of services.
All customers shall provide a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE reservation deposit to reserve their order. Customer must cancel the Lease at least thirty (30) days prior to the reserved rental date of any rental items to receive a full refund of any Rent paid to Tofinity Decor above the 50% non-refundable reservation deposit. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF RENT if Customer cancels the Lease less than thirty (30) days of the reserved rental date. Tofinity Decor and Customer hereby agree that this provision represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the costs and lost opportunity Tofinity Decor will incur by reason of cancelation of the Lease. Acceptance of this provision by Tofinity Decor shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee's default with respect to any unpaid amounts nor prevent Tofinity Decor from exercising any of the other rights and remedies with respect to such default.
2. Order Reductions
All cancellation or reduction in number of items must be received by Tofinity Décor at least 30 days prior to your event. Reductions in quantity are limited to 20% of the original amount ordered. Any cancellation or reductions (within the allowed 20%) made less than 30 days to your event date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental rate of the cancelled item(s) plus taxes. Deposits are non-refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS).
3. Order Increases
Any increases in number of items (subject to item availability) must be made no less than 2 weeks prior to event date. These items will be billed separately. This policy helps us to ensure that your order is packed as accurately as possible. See our General Cancellation Policy for more detailed information.
4. Order Cancellations
In the event of complete cancellation of your rental order, notification must be sent via email to rentals@tofinitydecor.com no later than 30 days prior to your event in order to receive a refund on the paid balance less deposit and cost of custom items. Any items cancelled less than 30 days to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee, and charged at full rental rates. Deposits are non-refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS).
5. Order Adjustments
Adjustments to orders made less than thirty (30) days to the reserved rental date must either maintain or increase the total value of the order as it stood at the thirty (30) day mark prior to the reserved rental date. Reductions in the total order value below the value at the thirty (30) day mark are not permitted, unless explicitly agreed upon by Tofinity Decor.
If Customer wishes to reduce the value of an order more than thirty (30) days ahead, but within sixty (60) days of the reserved rental date, it will be considered an adjustment, rather than a cancellation. In this case, an order reduction fee will be applied. This fee equals fifty percent (50%) of the value of the reduction and is separate from the fifty percent (50%) non-refundable reservation deposit.
All adjustments or changes are subject to the availability of rental items. If requested item(s) is not available, we will do our best to provide suitable alternatives. Any adjustments made fourteen (14) days or less before the reserved rental date will be classified as a Rush Reservation Order and shall be subject to additional rush reservation fees, as detailed in the contract.
